I will soon be posting a few hours worth of videos showcasing this incredible feat of modern technology which we call SPM. It will include walking around in nature, towns, cities, indoors and more, as well as combat, conversation with NPC's, interacting with UI, and whatever else I can think of.
You can see my system specs in my signature (directly at the bottom of this post). I expect to get around 60 most of the time, with some drops to 40ish. I'll be recording in 2560x1080p, meaning that the aspect ratio will be nice and cinematic (think of how wide the screens are in movie theaters - that's about how my monitor looks).
I also have a couple of questions for Rotten (and anyone else) in terms of making the finishing touches to prepare for these videos.
- Is there a way that I can continue to walk straight while also looking around, so that I can walk through an area and look at the scenery without having my character jerk around?
I will edit to add more questions as I think of them, I'm forgetting the others right now :D
It's better to have 5 FPS and the best fucking grass you've ever seen than it is to have 60 FPS and bullshit.
