Downloaded SPM5 too many mods are not merged.. help?

So I DL'd the SPM5 pack and when trying to run the game after sorting the mod list I cant get anywhere because it says I have 295 plugins... out of 255 I have no other pre-existing mods.. I assumed this pack would have things merged enough to run all the required mods? Any help would be kindly appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply all mods should be merge with some room to add your own flavor so the only thing that i can think of is that it's reading another list of .esp or it merged a list from a previous install.
