Im having a problem with my game CTD when i get to major towns like Whiterun or Riften the rest of the game is smooth and amazing here is the error prompt i get

Mmmm never seen that error before when i played but since its mentioning your resolution, if it was me i would try playing at whatever your default resolution is, if it is 4k then try a lower one like 1440p, maybe gpu using up Vram? not sure as its odd it shows your resolution.
