Latest Mod Pack and how to Install.

Ok, so what is the latest perfectly mod pack? SPM5? SPM4.4, also How do I install this I have 2 hard drives one is an m.2 and the other a regular 1tb Hard Drive. I've looked at the installation guide and it's saying something about an X drive when all I have is C: and D: drive. Also where is the download links?

also smp5 is the new one but its still in developedment and being paused at the time cause rotten (the creator) has a off time to get things straight.
