 Lighting in the inns

If i'm in an inn and look at the fire in the middle, lighting seems to work just fine. if i turn away from the fire and look at an NPC, it becomes pitch dark as if the fire wasn't there at all to begin with. Is there a way to fix it? It gets to the point where it's hard to see the NPC's you're talking too, let alone any objects in the room.

There's something with ENB not working, maybe light particles, or soft particles... I remember messing with in game ENB settings and I solved it

Thanks for a reply. I solved it by changing the ENB preset to snowfall.
